Executive Summary:

The strategic plan for Care For All outlines the organization’s goals and objectives to provide access to clean water, healthcare, and education, while sharing the love of God, to underserved communities globally. Founded by a passionate individual with a personal connection to Cameroon, Care For All aims to address the urgent needs of impoverished populations by fostering sustainable development and holistic growth. The plan emphasizes strategic partnerships, community engagement, and program effectiveness to create a positive and lasting impact on the lives of those in need.

This is titled “A Strategic Plan” for a clear reason: This Strategic Plan is a proposed approach to capacity building, organizational development, program and partnership development, marketing, and fundraising. Rather than restating over-and-over again that some of the content in this plan is recommended or advised, and differentiating that from content that is universally accepted as best practices in non-profit management, it is being stated clearly here that the board of directors has the full authority to adopt or ignore different aspects of this plan, and should take full ownership of its completed form. Full implementation of the finished Strategic Plan is the responsibility of the staff and constituents of Care For All.

National Non-Profit Resource Center (NNPRC) provides this Strategic Plan as a road map for the future growth and success of Care For All. Not all the action steps recommended in this plan are self-explanatory; some need additional support and training, which can be provided by NNPRC. Alternatively, Care For All can choose to adopt some of the recommended strategies and hire outside marketing or professional fundraisers to implement said strategies.
